Dekor’s / Sinpaş — Interior Decoration at 120 Locations

Interior decoration work was carried out at 120 separate locations in partnership with Dekor's / Sinpaş.

On a multi-site job at this scale, what decides the outcome is not the building work but the management of it: defining the standards, dispatching teams simultaneously, keeping the material supply chain continuous, and holding quality control to the same level at every location.

The project laid the foundation of Manifesto's experience in managing multi-site delivery.
