Marmara Lounge Hookah — Sea Pearl

Turnkey design + build of Marmara Lounge Hookah at Sea Pearl Ataköy. The terrace opening to the sea, the indoor room and the service line were resolved as a single composition.

Under a tensile membrane canopy, the terrace was arranged with timber decking and planting to keep the feeling of being outdoors. The back bar, display niches and seating units were manufactured bespoke for the project; latticed panels and petrol-green surfaces became the main materials establishing the identity of the space.

The ventilation and acoustic requirements of hookah service were resolved early in the plan and absorbed into the service flow.
