Seapearl Ataköy — Sales Office

The 2,200 m² sales office for Kuzu Grup's Seapearl Ataköy development was designed and built as a complete turnkey project.

A sales office is the first physical expression of a real-estate development: the model area, the show-flat sequence, the presentation and negotiation rooms and the reception area all have to resolve into a single narrative. Every one of these elements was built to a material standard that matched the segment the brand was aiming at.

The work later grew into an ongoing partnership that also covered the executive areas of the Seapearl Marriott Hotel.
