We deliver the space from concept to key handover
Manifesto is an İstanbul practice that has been delivering turnkey design + build since 2002. From luxury retail stores to headquarters offices, from property sales offices to heritage restoration, we carry a project through as one piece of work — from the first concept sketch to the day the keys change hands.
Architectural design and interior construction run together here: the person who draws the project sits at the same table as the one who runs the site. That is why we produce solutions that can actually be built, not only drawn. Display units and bespoke furniture are manufactured in our own workshop, and site management stays in one pair of hands.

A defined process behind a clean result
One team, one responsibility, from concept to handover. In retail the opening date of the store sets the pace; in an office it is the working schedule. The work is planned around those constraints, not against them.

Meeting and survey
We discuss the brief, the use scenario and the schedule on site.

Concept and project
We prepare the concept, the construction project and the detail drawings.

Build
We manage manufacturing and the site process end to end.

Handover
The snag list is closed and the space is handed over ready to use.
